It is sometimes handy to link directly to a specific position in a page. For example, on a large page with multiple sections, you many want to have menu items that link to specific areas of the page. Clicking on those menu items would then scroll to that section.
Linking from menu items and graphic modules
To link to a specific block/row from a ProPhoto menu or graphic module, the module's link selector makes it easy. When selecting the "Links To" option, select "a page on your site" (this works the same for "your home page" or "your blog posts page"). Then select a page and click the "Link to specific Block/Row" checkbox. Below will appear a representation of the blocks and rows on that specific page of your site. Find the block (shown in green) or row (shown in orange) that you want to link to and select it. Hovering over any of the elements will show a tooltip to help you identify the block/row.
Linking from text editors
If you are working in a ProPhoto text module, or another text editor (like the WordPress block editor), ProPhoto gives you a way to quickly copy a link that goes directly to a block or row. When editing a block or a row, scroll down a bit in the customization panel and click the "Click to Copy" button. This puts the ID of the block or row into your clipboard, ready to be pasted into a link.
Here's an example of what it will look like. #row-9bcab763-4340-44b5-b8b6-720a2720ffc1
If the block or row with that ID is on the page where the scroll-to link is present, the page will scroll down to that part of the page. All you need to paste is the ID you copied. However, if you want to link to a specific block or row on a different page then the current page, then the link must also contain the page url. So for example, if I wanted to link to the above row on my "about" page, it might have a link like this instead. http://mysite.com/about/#row-9bcab763-4340-44b5-b8b6-720a2720ffc1
