Sometimes ProPhoto site owners have PDF documents that they would like to provide to their visitors or customers. Fortunately, WordPress makes embedding or linking to PDF files very easy.
Embedding PDF files
To embed a PDF file in your post or page, you'll want to add a new "File" block in the editor.
Then you can upload your PDF file, or select one from the Media Library. Once your file is selected, you will see it embedded right in the block editor, just like it will be in the post or page on the front end.
When selected, the right side panel in the block editor gives some options for the PDF file display.
Linking to a PDF file
If you would rather not embed your PDF file directly in your post/page, but create a link (text or image) to the PDF, you can do that too. To get started, first upload your PDF file directly to the WordPress "Media > Library".
After the file uploads, click on it, then click the button to copy the PDF file's unique upload URL.
Now that you've copied the file's URL, you can link text, or an image to your PDF file in the WordPress block editor.
Or, if you're working in the ProPhoto Visual Builder, you can link to the PDF's URL in a text module or graphic module.
